Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manufacturing Manager at Maxwatt Turbomachinery LLP, located in Bengaluru. The Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring production meets quality standards, managing production planning, and coordinating operations management. The role involves optimizing production processes, supervising the manufacturing team, implementing best practices, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management
  • Experience in Quality Control and Manufacturing Operations
  • Proficient in Operations Management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in the turbomachinery or related industry is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
