About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Digital Marketing Specialist
to support our day-to-day digital activities across social media, email marketing, and performance reporting.

This is an execution-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys content publishing, managing campaigns, working with tools like Zoho, and maintaining strong brand presence across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Execute and manage daily posting across
    LinkedIn
    and other active platforms.
  • Upload videos to YouTube, optimize titles, thumbnails, tags, and descriptions.
  • Manage LinkedIn company page and personal branding posts.
  • Coordinate with design/content teams for creative assets.
  • Monitor engagement, reply to comments/messages, and track performance metrics.

Zoho Email Marketing & Automation

  • Set up email campaigns, workflows, and audience segments in
    Zoho Campaigns/Zoho CRM
    .
  • Manage subscriber lists, tags, and lead-nurturing sequences.
  • Test, schedule, and deploy email campaigns.
  • Ensure deliverability, campaign hygiene, and timely reporting.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports across social, email, and website.
  • Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, subscriber growth, email open/click rates, and conversions.
  • Generate insights and recommendations for improvement.

Content Coordination

  • Assist in scripting YouTube videos, drafting LinkedIn captions, and editing basic content (optional but preferred).
  • Coordinate with CMO, designers, and internal teams for timely deliverables.
  • Maintain content calendar and ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills

  • 1–3 year's experience in digital marketing execution.
  • Strong knowledge of
    social media
    publishing best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Zoho Campaigns/Zoho CRM
    .
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of analytics and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently, being curious take ownership, and manage deadlines.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Basic video editing (YouTube shorts, reels, trims).
  • Canva or similar design tools.
  • Experience with AI tools for content generation.
  • Understanding of SEO basics.
