Procurement Executive

The Procurement Executive will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing relationships with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials. The role involves strategic buying, price negotiations, and maintaining supply chain efficiency to support FarmDidi's production and growth goals. ResponsibilitiesIdentify and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers for raw materials and packaging.
Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality. Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure a steady supply chain. Track and manage purchase orders, inventory levels, and delivery timelines.
Conduct regular market research to benchmark pricing and source alternative suppliers. Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure procurement standards are met. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor performance.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fieldStrong negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with procurement software. Ability to work independently and manage multiple vendor accounts.
Good understanding of supply chain procedures and market dynamics.
