About Us:

Amar Pure Gold is a leading manufacturer of premium frozen Indian sweets and snacks, exporting globally under strict food safety and quality standards (FSSAI, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP).

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Dispatch Executive with 2–3 years of experience in handling dispatch operations. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the food manufacturing industry. The role requires ensuring accurate, timely, and safe dispatch of products while maintaining proper documentation and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and monitor daily dispatch operations.

  • Ensure accurate picking, packing, labeling, and loading of finished goods.

  • Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams for smooth deliveries.

  • Maintain dispatch records, invoices, gate passes, and related documentation.

  • Monitor vehicle movements, track shipments, and follow up with transporters.

  • Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and company standards during dispatch.

  • Optimize space utilization, packaging, and delivery timelines.

  • Handle customer/ distributor queries related to dispatch status.

Requirements:

  • Graduate (any stream).

  • 2–3 years of experience in dispatch/ logistics/ warehouse operations.

  • Preference: Candidates with food industry experience.

  • Knowledge of dispatch documentation, ERP/Excel, and transport coordination.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Location: Panchkula, Haryana

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
