Role Description
Product Marketing at Cleo is fun and fulfilling We're looking for someone with deep writing skills and a strategic mind seeking a creative and high-energy product marketing role.
You are a sharp writer and high-producing product marketer. You are comfortable switching between the high-technical world of product and the less-technical side of go-to-market. You have a strength for compelling messaging and a passion for GTM execution and product launches. You love to write and present memorable content to passionately communicate new product to the world.
You are equally engaged working individually and collaboratively. You are confident in taking highly technical concepts and translating them into compelling content for a mass audience as a subject matter expert.
As a Product Marketing Content Manager, you will play a critical role in how we communicate our product value – both internally and externally. You will drive the development of high-impact content to support product-centric go-to-market execution, including customer communications, sales enablement, while driving product launches.
You'll work cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and the broader Marketing organization to bring new product and enhanced capabilities to market and ensure consistent messaging across touchpoints.
Responsibilities
Content Strategy and Execution
- Create and maintain diverse content assets to support customer-facing requirements, including customer communications, product datasheets, solution briefs, infographics, slides, thought leadership and more.
- Work closely with graphic designers to manage collateral creation from conception to publishing.
- Collaborate with SMEs to ensure relevancy and accuracy of content and align to business objectives.
- Develop messaging frameworks, pitch decks, and talk tracks tailored to different target personas, sales segments, and industry verticals.
Product Launch Management
- Track and manage timelines, asset readiness, communications, and activation to ensure successful milestones and timely launch deliverables.
- Align with product management, marketing, sales ops, fin ops, IT, and other stakeholders throughout the launch.
- Ensure Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing alignment and drive enablement through training, FAQs, objection handling, etc.
Cross-Functional Enablement
- Produce internal documentation that articulates positioning, competitive differentiation, and key value propositions.
- Enable sales, customer success and marketing teams through playbooks, as well as develop training content for Cleo's Learning Management System.
- Support internal communications for cross-functional alignment around new releases and product initiatives.
Skills
- Exceptional written ability, including synthesizing insights and ideas into simple, succinct narratives applicable across all levels and functions including executives, prospects, and customers.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders across time zones.
- Strong presentation (PowerPoint) with a solid demonstration of visual storytelling.
- Proven track record of managing product launches and creating content that drives measurable business impact.
- Excellent project management and collaboration skills, with attention to detail.
- Skilled at AI-generated content creation and marketing.

Your Qualifications & Experience
- 2+ years of product marketing
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Experience working for a B2B SaaS company, integration or supply chain industry preferred
