Role & responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee fit-out management, coordinate with multiple tenants across premium commercial property.
  • Ensure adherence to architectural design standards, NBC (National Building Code), and statutory compliances.
  • Manage and coordinate with contractors, and vendors for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), interior works, and other technical services.
  • Review and approve tenant design submissions, ensuring alignment with building guidelines and safety codes.
  • Monitor internal project timelines, budgets, and quality parameters to deliver best-in-class facilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handover, takeover, and operational readiness of commercial space.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive HOTO (Hand Over Take Over) documentation for all fit-outs and facility projects.
  • Conduct regular inspections of fit-outs and property to ensure high-quality standards and compliance with regulatory norms.
  • Implement and maintain processes for sustainability, safety, and efficiency in facility operations.
  • Provide strategic inputs on design, space planning, and optimization for commercial spaces.

Preferred candidate profile

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager with an Architectural/ Civil background with extensive experience in fitout management for premium commercial properties. The candidate will be responsible for managing fit-outs, ensuring compliance with technical standards, statutory regulations and maintaining world-class facilities for our commercial asset.

  • Experience: 1018 years of relevant experience, primarily in fit-outs, interiors, facilities management, and technical operations of commercial properties.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of real estate, MEP systems, interior works, and building services.
  • Strong understanding of NBC, compliance norms, safety standards, and statutory approvals.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to coordinate with tenants and internal teams.
  • Strong project management, planning, and execution capabilities.
