Responsibilities: ● Design, develop, and implement ML models and Generative AI applications tailored for PV use cases (e.g., narrative generation, causality assessment, signal detection). ● Manage the end -to -end data pipeline, including data ingestion, transformation, validation, and versioning for AI models. ● Develop, test, and optimize prompts to improve the performance, accuracy, and safety of Generative AI models. ● Conduct in -depth analysis of model performance, identifying areas for improvement. ● Participate in R&D to explore new Generative AI technologies and techniques for solution improvement. ● Collaborate with full -stack developers and DevOps engineers to deploy models into production. ● Create and maintain technical documentation for model architecture, training processes, and performance metrics. Required Skills and Qualifications: ● Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, AI). ● 3 -5 years of hands -on experience in AI/ML and Data Science. ● Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit -learn). ● Experience or exposure to Generative AI and Machine Learning concepts is a must. ● Hands -on experience with Generative AI tools and platforms. ● Understanding of AI safety and security best practices. ● Experience with AWS services (e.g., S3, EC2, Lambda, SageMaker). ● Excellent communication and problem -solving skills. Desired Skills and Qualifications: ● Experience in healthcare/pharma IT products and processes. ● Prior experience with Pharma regulatory case processing and products. ● Understanding of NLP techniques for processing unstructured medical text (e.g., case narratives). ● Experience with GxP products and processes. ● Experience with MLOps and CI/CD pipelines.
