Role: AI/Machine Learning Engineer (AIOps)

Location: Any (REMOTE)

Duration: Full-Time

Position Overview:

AI/ML Engineers for AIOps are responsible for designing and implementing AI-driven solutions for platform monitoring, incident management, and optimization.

Technical Skillset:

  • Proficiency with Machine Learning models and tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • Familiarity with AIOps platforms and tools
  • Experience in Python, R, or other data-centric programming languages
  • Experience with Azure AI and ML Services
  • Strong understanding of data processing pipelines and ETL

Eligibility:

  • 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML or data science roles
  • Experience in deploying AI models in production environments (Azure preferred)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement AI models for anomaly detection, predictive monitoring, and automated incident management.
  • Collaborate with platform teams to identify areas for AI-based optimization.
  • Integrate AIOps solutions with observability tools like Dynatrace.

Preferred and Good to Have Skills:

  • Experience in MLOps for managing machine learning lifecycle
  • Familiarity with AIOps solutions and their integration with cloud platforms

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Data Science, or AI
  • Certifications in AI/ML (e.g., Azure AI Engineer Associate)
