Role Description

The Cyber Security Trainer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training sessions on cybersecurity concepts and best practices to individuals and groups, focusing on hands-on approaches and problem-solving techniques. The role involves developing training materials, conducting workshops, and mentoring participants in simulated real-time scenarios and lab environments. Additionally, the trainer will assist participants with certification preparation and interview readiness. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Telangana, India.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in cybersecurity principles, network security, and protocols
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco (CCNA/CCNP) and Juniper tools and certifications (e.g., JNCIA, JNCIS)
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting techniques and leveraging tools like Wireshark
  • Strong ability to design training curriculum and communicate complex concepts effectively
  • Experience developing and delivering technical training to diverse audiences
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals, routing, switching technologies, and product-specific training
  • Excellent interpersonal, mentoring, and presentation skills
  • Relevant certifications in cybersecurity or networking are highly beneficial
