About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic
Sales Executive (Fresher)
to join our dynamic sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are looking to start their career in sales and develop essential skills in customer relationship management, business development, and client servicing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential customers through various channels (calls, emails, field visits, social media, etc.)
  • Understand customer needs and offer suitable products/services
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of sales presentations
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information using CRM tools
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Support the sales team with market research and competitor analysis
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing learning initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • A proactive and goal-oriented attitude
  • Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer service
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the sales domain
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Attributes:

  • Internships or academic projects related to sales or marketing (optional)
  • Familiarity with CRM software or sales tools (added advantage)
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
