Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Workday integrations, configurations, and reporting, with the ability to align system functionality with evolving business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Customize and enhance Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Financials) based on business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and APIs.
  • Design and implement custom reports and dashboards to support decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity across Workday environments through automation and validation processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and provide ongoing system support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Workday configuration, integration, and data issues.
  • Stay current with Workday feature releases and best practices to optimize platform utilization.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all Workday development and integration activities.
  • Conduct thorough unit and end-to-end testing of configurations and integrations.

Must-Have Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday, with deep knowledge of HCM, Payroll, and Financials modules.
  • Expertise in Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and related integration tools.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Experience building Workday reports and dashboards (Advanced, Composite, Matrix, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a global team environment.
