KRA-

  • Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at site.
  • Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Manage and coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and contractors.
  • Prepare and maintain project reports, site measurements, and progress updates.
  • Monitor material usage, manpower allocation, and ensure cost control.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project managers for smooth execution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety norms and quality standards on site.
  • Resolve technical issues and provide on-site solutions.
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and timely completion of civil works.

Skill Required:-

  • Strong knowledge of
    building construction, RCC, finishing works, and structural drawings
    .
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred).
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in construction.
