Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Employer Paytm

Location Multiple Locations in Kerala & Tamil Nadu

Role Type Full-time, On-Field/Ground Role

Mission Drive sales and aggressively acquire new merchants for Paytm's financial products (e.g., QR codes, Soundbox, EDC machines, loans).

Key Responsibilities

Merchant Acquisition: Identify, approach, and onboard potential merchants/customers to the Paytm platform.

Product Promotion: Actively sell Paytm's financial products (QR Codes, EDC Machines, Sound box, Business Loans).

Target Achievement: Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Customer Education: Educate merchants on the benefits and usage of digital payment solutions.

Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales performance and market feedback.

Requirement Type Specification Mandatory Note

  • Education Minimum 10th Pass Must be verified.
  • Experience 0 to 2 years in a field sales role. Freshers with strong drive are welcome.
  • Skills Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Local language proficiency.
  • Essentials Must own an android phone and a bike for fieldwork. Non-negotiable for an on-field role.
