About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused
Inside Sales Representative (ISR)
to join our dynamic sales team. The ISR will play a key role in lead generation, qualification, and supporting the sales pipeline through effective communication and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Qualification

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach to identify and qualify potential customers.
  • Maintain a consistent flow of new leads and ensure timely follow-ups.

Customer Engagement

  • Schedule meetings, product demos, and follow-ups for field sales representatives.
  • Assist in preparing proposals and presentations.
  • Understand customer needs and effectively communicate product/service value propositions.
  • Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Track lead status and update pipeline reports regularly.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education:
    Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
  • Experience:
    Prior experience in
    ISP, Telecom, or similar sales environments
    is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
