Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Program Manager located in Bengaluru. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects, ensuring they align with company objectives. Daily tasks include project planning, resource allocation, team coordination, progress tracking, and risk management. The Program Manager will also interface with stakeholders, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Qualifications
- Experience in project planning, resource allocation, and team coordination
- Skills in progress tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication
- Proficiency in managing budgets and ensuring timely project delivery
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience in aerospace manufacturing is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
