Job Description – Senior Salesforce Developer

Experience: 6+ Years

Job type: Contractual

Work Mode: Hybrid

Location: Bangalore

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with 6+ years of hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills across Apex, Lightning, Integrations, and Salesforce configuration to support complex business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes.
  • Build and customize Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, and UI workflows.
  • Implement and maintain Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and external systems.
  • Configure Salesforce features including Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Security Models, and automation tools.
  • Ensure performance optimization, code quality, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement analysis, solution design, and deployment.
  • Support release management, debugging, and production enhancements.

Mandatory Skills:

  • 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce automation tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP, Web Services).
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce Data Model, Security, and DevOps/CI-CD processes.
  • Experience with Salesforce deployments using Change Sets, Metadata API, or DevOps tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Good to Have:

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification.
  • Experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or industry-specific modules.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹70, ₹90,000.00 per month
