We are a hiring for a well-established Chartered Accountancy firm based in Bengaluru, offering a wide range of services including audit & assurance, direct and indirect taxation, and business advisory. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Semi-Qualified CA to join a dynamic team and contribute to client engagements across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting:

  • Preparation and finalization of books of accounts for clients across various sectors.
  • Ensure proper classification and recording of financial transactions.
  • Preparation of periodic MIS reports and financial statements.

Auditing:

  • Conduct statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, and stock audits under guidance.
  • Drafting audit reports and ensuring compliance with auditing standards.
  • Verification of accounting records, controls, and internal processes.

Taxation:

  • Preparation and filing of Income Tax returns for individuals, firms, and companies.
  • Handling TDS compliance: calculation, deduction, filing of returns, and reconciliation.
  • Filing and reconciliation of GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B, and Annual Returns).
  • Assist in preparation of tax audit reports and responding to notices from tax authorities.

Eligibility & Skills:

  • Passed CA Inter (IPCC), both groups; currently pursuing CA Final.
  • 1-4 years of experience in a CA firm handling accounting, audit, and taxation work.
  • Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and preferably working knowledge of accounting/tax software (Busy, Zoho, or other ERPs).
  • Good understanding of Indian Accounting Standards, Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and GST laws.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
