- Any degree
- Experience in front office or administrative role preferred.
- Freshers with good communication & system skills may also apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, greet visitors, and handle incoming/outgoing calls professionally.
- Maintain visitor logs, employee attendance, and general office records.
- Handle incoming mails, courier coordination, and document filing.
- Prepare basic reports, letters, and emails using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and coordinating with internal departments.
- Maintain office supplies, stationery inventory, and ensure the reception area is clean and organized.
- Support HR and accounts teams with basic documentation when required.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information in fluent English.
- Manage appointments, follow-ups, and daily office activities efficiently.
Required Skills:
- Good English communication – verbal and written.
- Strong computer/system knowledge including MS Office & email handling.
- Professional attitude, good presentation, and customer service mindset.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of office management procedures.
- Problem-solving and coordination skills.
