**About the Role:

We're looking for a Junior Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of experience who's creative, proactive, and skilled at turning ideas into visually engaging designs. You'll be part of a dynamic marketing and design team working on global branding, presentations, and digital campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys challenges, works well under pressure, and can handle multiple projects with precision and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:


• Design marketing materials including social media creatives, brochures, and digital campaigns.


• Create visually appealing and professional PowerPoint presentations quickly and effectively.


• Collaborate with the content and marketing team to bring brand stories to life.


• Use AI tools (like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, etc.) to boost design quality and workflow speed.


• Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs.


• Support the senior design team on ongoing marketing and branding projects.

Requirements:


• 2–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (agency or in-house).


• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).


• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus).


• Excellent presentation design skills (PowerPoint proficiency required).


• Good understanding of layout, color theory, and typography.


• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools preferred.


• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setup.
