About the Role

Jaguar Security Services is looking for highly analytical and globally aware
Intelligence Analysts
to join the
Crisis Management Centre (CMC)
team in
Bengaluru
.

This role is ideal for professionals with a strong interest in
geopolitical analysis, crisis management, and global incident monitoring
, supporting a leading multinational financial institution.

The CMC Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for
tracking, analyzing, and reporting on critical global developments
that may impact business operations across
AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions
.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess
  global incidents
  — including political unrest, natural disasters, security threats, and major disruptions — using open-source intelligence (OSINT) tools and media monitoring.
• Analyze trends across
  AMER, EMEA, and APAC
  regions to provide timely, actionable intelligence reports.
• Prepare concise
  situational updates, risk briefs, and threat summaries
  for senior stakeholders.
• Support
  crisis management operations
  , including alert dissemination and escalation coordination.
• Contribute to the
  maintenance and enhancement of crisis response protocols
  and regional risk databases.
• Collaborate with regional teams during shift handovers and live incident management.
• Continuously monitor evolving
  geopolitical, security, and business continuity landscapes
  .

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential:

• Bachelor's degree in
  International Relations, Political Science, Security Studies, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of
  geopolitical, socio-economic, and security issues
  across
  AMER, EMEA, and APAC
  regions.
• Exceptional
  analytical, research, and writing skills
  — ability to synthesize complex information into concise assessments.
• Excellent
  verbal and written communication
  in English.
• Proficiency in
  Microsoft Office Suite
  , especially
  Excel and PowerPoint
  for data analysis and presentation.
• Ability to perform under pressure and manage
  time-sensitive intelligence tasks
  in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Desirable:

• Prior experience in
  intelligence analysis, crisis management, business resilience, or corporate risk monitoring.
• Knowledge of
  OSINT tools, data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  , or scripting for data enrichment (
  Python, SQL
  ).
• Proficiency in any
  regional or foreign language
  (Japanese, Mandarin, Arabic, French, etc.).
• Awareness of
  cybersecurity and global threat trends
  .

Work Conditions

  24x7 rotational shift role
