Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in QHSE Auditing (ISO Standards, HACCP, FSMS)

Freshers will not be considered

Key Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and execute internal and client audits, including the development of detailed checklists and audit tools.

Inspect kitchens and facilities to verify compliance with food safety, hygiene, and storage standards.

Conduct client-specific audits in line with regulatory and contractual requirements.

Manage food and water sampling, coordinate laboratory testing, and review analytical reports.

Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and drive Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) for non-conformities.

Monitor food handler hygiene, validate training records, and conduct regular refresher sessions.

Supervise deep cleaning activities and enforce hygiene control protocols.

Prepare comprehensive audit reports, track corrective actions, and ensure timely closure of findings.

Strengthen QHSE systems across all operations through continuous monitoring and improvement.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Food Technology, Biological Science, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a food processing industry with QHSE management exposure.

Strong knowledge of FSSAI standards.

Prior experience in the catering industry will be an advantage.

Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).

Certified Internal Auditor in:

ISO 22000:2018 (FSMS)

HACCP

ISO 45001:2018 (OHS)

ISO 9001:2015 (QMS)

ISO 14001:2015 (EMS)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹30,000.00 per month
