Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Travel Sales Executive located in Noida. In this role, you will interact with clients to understand their travel needs and provide customized travel package solutions. You will manage inquiries, coordinate with service providers, issue tickets, and ensure excellent client communication throughout the booking process. Additionally, you will maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling travel services. Active participation in achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction will be key elements of your day-to-day activities.

Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills, with expertise in identifying customer needs and closing deals
  • Experience in tour planning, package customization, and handling ticketing and travel bookings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to provide excellent customer service
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple bookings and client requirements
  • Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations and trends
  • Proficiency in travel-related software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet sales targets
  • Prior experience in the travel industry or related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred
