We are now looking for an HR Manager who can lead our people operations and strengthen our company culture as we scale further.
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Manager to oversee all aspects of HR operations — from recruitment and on boarding to employee engagement and performance management. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, approachable, and passionate about building a motivated, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment across departments, ensuring timely hiring of quality talent.
Manage on-boarding, induction, and exit formalities.
Implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and team events.
Oversee performance management, appraisals, and grievance handling.
Work closely with management to align HR strategy with business goals.
Drive positive work culture, motivation, and retention initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR / Business Administration.
4–8 years of HR experience, preferably in fashion, retail, or e-commerce.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good understanding of labor laws and HR compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
A positive, solution-oriented, and approachable attitude.
