Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in data modeling, developing datasets, or creating data visualizations.
  • Experience with writing SQL queries.
  • Experience in using BI tools like (e.g., Looker or related data visualization or BI tools) to create visualizations and dashboards.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, or an advanced degree in a Technical or Scientific field.
  • Experience in cloud-based data platforms and related BI services.
  • Experience in supporting data-motivated business operations, consulting, or program management and cross-functional BI initiatives in a cloud business.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Go, JavaScript, or HTML for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
  • Experience with statistical modeling, machine learning, or data mining techniques.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

In this role, you will be driving data-motivated decision-making across the organization. You will design, develop, and implement Business Intelligence (BI) solutions that provide insights to leadership which involve architecting data marts, constructing data pipelines, and automating reporting processes. You will transform data into visualizations to help stakeholders understand the business impact of their decisions. Responsibilities
  • Partner with stakeholders to define and gather requirements for building Key Performance Indicator (KPI) frameworks that track business growth and measure the success of business strategies.
  • Develop data infrastructure, which includes building SQL scripts, creating datasets, crafting investigative models, and designing user-friendly dashboards.
  • Transform raw data into insights by developing data models, data marts, and automating reporting processes to provide leadership with business and process performance.
  • Lead assigned projects from conceptualization to delivery and ensure data solutions offer quality data and insights to promote the growth of the business.
