Experience :

5 to 10 Years

Must Have Skills :

Experience with SQL, Linux/Unix, and shell scripting (bash). Familiarity with incident/change management processes (ITIL preferred).

Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk, NewRelic, or Nagios.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work in a rotational on-call support environment

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage and support Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) operations using Axway B2Bi, SecureTransport, and related tools.

Provide 24x7 support for incident and change management activities. Install, upgrade, configure, and patch Axway B2Bi software.

Troubleshoot and resolve EDI transmission issues and partner communication problems. Perform EDI mapping using ANSI X12, EDIFACT, VDA, and other formats.

Onboard new trading partners using protocols like AS2, FTP, SFTP, OFTP2, Web Services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and performance.

Maintain compliance with SOC2/SOX and other audit requirements.
