What You'll Do

Recruit professionals for civil engineering, construction management, inspection, and infrastructure roles

Use knowledge of construction standards (OSHA, ANSI, ASTM, AASHTO, FHWA, DOT, LEED) and industry jargon (RFI, RFQ, submittals, punch lists, change orders, etc.) to evaluate candidates

Manage end-to-end recruitment using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) while leveraging major job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, CareerBuilder, etc.) to identify and engage top talent

Deliver qualified candidates within tight project deadlines while ensuring accuracy and compliance

Build pipelines of cleared and pre-qualified candidates for government projects

Ensure compliance with EEO, OFCCP, and government contracting guidelines

What We're Looking For

4–5 years of recruiting experience with US State or Federal agencies

Strong background in civil/construction staffing

Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and multiple job boards

Proven ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

Excellent sourcing, communication, and negotiation skills

Familiarity with construction workflows, standards, and compliance requirements
