A Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the front desk and guest services, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for guests and staff. They supervise staff, handle guest inquiries, manage reservations, and ensure high standards of customer service. Key Responsibilities of a Front Office Manager:

  • Supervision and Management:Oversee and manage the front desk staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Guest Services:Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and inquiries, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Operations:Manage daily front desk operations, ensuring efficient and smooth processes, including maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Customer Service:Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any complaints or issues professionally.
  • Reporting and Record Keeping:Maintain accurate records of guest information, financial transactions, and daily operations, and prepare reports as needed.
  • Coordination:Collaborate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance) to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Policy and Procedure Implementation:Create, implement, and enforce front office policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Problem-Solving:Address and resolve guest issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Staff Training and Development:Provide ongoing training and development to front desk staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Budget Management:Assist in the development and monitoring of the front office budget.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
