Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in New Delhi. Responsibilities include developing and executing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving revenue targets. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales team, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management. Collaboration with other departments and ensuring guest satisfaction during events will also be key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Experience in Business Development, Sales Planning, and Account Management
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Networking skills
- Team Management experience and proven ability to lead teams effectively
- Customer Service orientation and skills in Relationship Building
- Strong Analytical Skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a significant advantage
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet targets
