We are looking for-

Manager: Sustainability

Qualifications:

Masters degree in sustainability, environmental science, or related field

Work Experience:

8-15 years of experience in developing and managing sustainability strategies

and metrics.

Responsibilities & Skills:

1. Sustainability Strategy

o Strategize, develop, and manage key sustainability performance

metrics in the long, medium, and short term.

o Drive the companys impact and operations against the

Sustainable Development Goals or other relevant global targets.

o Develop and implement an ESG framework to build a sustainable

business in alignment with the companys vision.

o Create quarterly and yearly sustainability targets for the

organization.

2. Implementation by Enabling Stakeholders & Ecosystem

o Establish and maintain subject-matter expertise on behalf of the

organization.

o Collaborate with and consult different teams and stakeholders to

develop, implement, and monitor sustainability strategies.

o Equip ecosystem to achieve sustainability goals by establishing or

enhancing processes, templates, etc. as needed.

o Ensure compliance of environmental policies.

3. Governance & Reporting

o Develop monthly, quarterly, and yearly sustainability reports.

o Provide constant support to different teams to achieve

sustainability targets.
