Job Description: We are seeking a Cutting & Stitching Master with proven expertise in handling baby textile products such as swaddles, blankets, cot sheets, sleeping bags, and other soft accessories. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing the complete production process — from fabric cutting and layout planning to precision stitching and finishing — ensuring top-quality output that meets brand and safety standards.

The candidate must be able to interpret product samples, maintain accuracy in measurements, operate industrial sewing machines, and ensure consistent finishing across all units. The role requires practical experience with muslin, cotton, and soft baby-safe fabrics, ensuring that all products are neatly stitched, child-safe, and finished with attention to detail.

The person will be responsible for overseeing small-batch as well as bulk production, coordinating with helpers and checkers, and maintaining timelines for delivery. A professional approach to quality control, cleanliness, and workplace discipline is expected.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage the cutting and stitching process for baby textile items.
• Ensure precise cutting, accurate measurements, and alignment of patterns.
• Operate and maintain industrial sewing machines and related tools.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure no loose threads, uneven seams, or defects.
• Handle various fabrics such as muslin, cotton, jersey, and organic blends.
• Supervise finishing, folding, and packing processes for product readiness.
• Follow production timelines and report daily work output to the supervisor/HR.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.

Job Specification (Candidate Profile):

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in textile production, preferably in baby or kids products, home linens, or soft furnishing.
• Skills Required:
• Fabric cutting and layout planning
• Industrial stitching (flatlock, overlock, hemming)
• Quality control and finishing
• Time management and teamwork
• Education: Not mandatory; practical skills and prior workshop experience will be given priority.
• Work Type: Full-time, on-site at the Narol workshop.
• Language: Basic understanding of Hindi or Gujarati preferred.

Salary Range:

₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience and skill level)

Additional performance-based increments may be offered after probation.
