Role Overview:We are looking for talented and motivated architects to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is someone who is hands-on, passionate about thoughtful design, and capable of seeing a project through from concept to completion. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the principal architect and take creative ownership within a collaborative studio environment.

Key Responsibilities:Lead and contribute to the design development of architectural projects

Prepare drawings, presentations, working drawings, and construction documents

Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and site teams

Participate in site supervision and execution oversight

Engage in research, material selection, and detailing

Mentor interns and junior team members where applicable

Work within project timelines and maintain design integrity throughout

Skills & Requirements:B.Arch degree (Master's degree is a plus but not mandatory)1–4 years of professional experience in architectural design and detailing

Strong conceptual and spatial design abilities

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, Lumion, and preferably RevitAbility to work collaboratively and independently

Clear communication skills and attention to detail

Passion for architecture that respects context, craft, and climate
