Lead Architect


Job Description:

This role is for an experienced architect to lead architectural and master planning projects from conception to completion.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for comprehensive project management, including directing architecture, plotting, and master planning efforts.

Key responsibilities include feasibility analysis, stakeholder coordination, meeting management, consultant review, standards compliance, reporting and proposals, cross-disciplinary collaboration, regulatory adherence, site oversight, design solutions, and final inspections.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor of Architecture (B Arch) or a Master's degree in Architecture or Urban Planning is mandatory.

  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, is required.
