Experience:
5+ years

Location:
Bangalore (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and support learners (both working professionals and beginners) in achieving successful career transitions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring partners and industry networks.
  • Organize placement drives, mock interviews, resume-building sessions, and career workshops.
  • Track placement metrics, maintain reports, and ensure consistent learner success.
  • Collaborate with internal academic and operations teams to align learner outcomes with industry expectations.

Desired Profile:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in placement coordination, recruitment, or career services.
  • Strong understanding of IT, Data, and Analytics job markets.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy and enthusiasm for helping individuals achieve their career goals.
