Role & responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement knowledge-based AI models and LLMs to solve complex business problems.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions and develop custom use cases.

  • Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and NLP technologies.

  • Optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.

  • Develop and maintain documentation for AI models, algorithms, and processes.

  • Ensure the ethical and responsible use of AI technologies in all implementations.

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior AI engineers and data scientists.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

  • Evaluate and integrate third-party AI tools and platforms as needed.

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of AI models, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing knowledge-based AI models and LLMs.

  • Strong programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar AI frameworks.

  • Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and understanding of language models.

  • Familiarity with data management, data mining, and data visualization techniques.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience in the paints industry or similar sectors is a plus.
