Key Responsibilities: * ​Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs for VMC machines using software such as Mastercam, SolidCAM, Fusion 360, or similar. * ​Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and blueprints to determine machining processes and requirements. * ​Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for efficient machining. * ​Set up VMC machines, load programs, and perform test runs to verify accuracy. * ​Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary program or tooling adjustments. * ​Collaborate with design and quality departments to resolve manufacturing issues. * ​Maintain accurate documentation for CNC programs and setup sheets. * 2–5 years of experience in CNC/VMC programming and operation. * Proficiency in CNC programming software (e.g., Mastercam, NX, SolidCAM, Fusion 360). * ​Strong knowledge of G-code and M-code programming.
