We are looking for a talented Java Backend Developer to join our engineering team and work on building scalable, high-performance web applications.   • Design, implement, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend services using Java and related technologies.
  • Work on microservices architecture, ensuring seamless integration with front-end and third-party services.
  • Write efficient, reusable, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to team knowledge.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend systems for performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (front-end developers, product managers, QA engineers) to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Develop RESTful APIs and services with an emphasis on security, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Implement unit tests and integrate with CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment.
  • Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies, suggesting improvements and innovations.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Proficiency in Java (8 ), with a deep understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
  • Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate, or similar Java frameworks.
  • Knowledge of building RESTful APIs and working with microservices architecture.
  • Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and working with ORM tools like Hibernate.
  • Strong understanding of version control systems, such as Git.
  • Experience with building and deploying applications in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for quality code.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Skills :

  • Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Familiarity with test-driven development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks (JUnit, TestNG).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of caching mechanisms (Redis, Memcached).

Education & Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Years of professional experience in Java backend development.
