Senior Graphic Designer
who can bring bold ideas to life, mentor junior designers, and ensure our creative output is world-class.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and create compelling designs across digital platforms: social media, websites, ads, and branding materials.
  • Lead end-to-end design projects — from brainstorming and wireframing to execution and delivery.
  • Collaborate with marketing strategists, copywriters, and clients to translate ideas into impactful visuals.
  • Maintain brand consistency while exploring fresh, innovative design approaches.
  • Mentor junior designers and interns, providing feedback and guidance to uplift the creative team.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital agency environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital creatives, branding, and campaign designs.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Canva; knowledge of Figma is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present creative ideas to clients and team members.
