We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to design powerful consistent marketing assets, and contribute to the visual identity that drives our customer engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and evolve the visual identity across all digital and print touchpoints in alignment with the brand strategy.
  • Supporting A/B testing by creating design variants
  • Responsible for all graphic requirements of website not limited to the following- Create new web pages, creatives for blogs, infographic,

  • Design engaging assets for demand generation, including but not limited to:

  • eBooks, whitepapers, infographics

  • Impactful presentations, industry specific decks, corporate profile etc.
  • Case studies, data sheets, pitch decks
  • Email campaigns, landing pages, digital ads

  • Social media creatives and motion graphics

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling visuals.

  • Work with different stakeholders maintaining brand consistency across product and web experiences.
  • Manage multiple projects with fast turnaround times without compromising quality.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied and updated across internal and external materials.
  • Partner with external vendors or freelancers when needed, overseeing quality and execution.

Requirements:

  • 5 to 7 years of professional design experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing marketing and brand design work for B2B tech audiences.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
  • Working knowledge of motion design tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a strong plus.
  • Understanding of B2B buyer journeys, SaaS funnels, and content marketing tactics.
  • Excellent visual storytelling, typography, layout, and color theory skills.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects with minimal supervision.
  • Should be open to changes in creatives and feedback

Good to Have:

  • Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS for email or landing page optimization.
  • Experience in branding or rebranding initiatives in a tech company.
  • Three or more years of experience in professional graphic design, preferably with a creative or marketing agency
  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline
  • Knowledge of WordPress and content management systems
  • A flair for animation or interactive design
