Job description

Position: Digital Marketing Executive

Location: PMJ Jewels Corporate Office, Madhapur, Hyderabad

Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years

Industry: Retail / Luxury / Jewellery

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Plan, implement, and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and website traffic.

  • Perform keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, technical SEO audits, and competitor analysis.

  • Track and analyze website analytics and SEO performance metrics to make data-driven decisions.

  • Social Media Marketing (SMM):

  • Develop and execute engaging content strategies across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Manage daily posting schedules, brand voice, and user engagement.

  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better reach and engagement.

  • Digital Marketing Campaigns:

  • Plan and run paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.

  • Collaborate with internal creative and marketing teams for campaign ideation and execution.

  • Monitor ROI and KPIs, ensuring efficient budget utilization.

  • Content & Branding:

  • Coordinate with the content team for blogs, creatives, product highlights, emailers, and promotional messages.

  • Ensure consistency of brand tone and visual identity across all digital touchpoints.

  • Analytics & Reporting:

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEO platforms to track performance.

  • Create monthly reports and actionable insights for leadership review.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Digital Campaign Management.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEO Tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, etc.).
  • Creative thinker with strong communication and storytelling abilities.
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented, with attention to detail and timelines.
  • Experience in the Retail, Luxury, or Jewellery industry is an added advantage.
