The day -to -day responsibilities include:Work on instructional design projects through the design lifecycle from scoping, research and analysis, design, development, and launch; providing clear timelines through all phases, communicating with key stakeholders, and selecting appropriate measurements for successful implementationDevelop instructional materials (tutorials, digital interactions, user guides, audio and video content (including scripts), story boards, navigational text, assessment tests, etc.) which transform technical information into professionally written, engaging instructionManage the design of the overall learning experience presented to the learnerDirect and guide learning design for internal and external subject matter experts enlisted to produce and publish technical content RequirementsOnly those candidates can apply who: 1. are available for full time, in -office role in Bangalore 2. have relevant skills and interests 3. familiarity with iSpring tech stack is a plus * Women wanting to start/restart their career can also apply.
