Job Purpose

To design, develop, and deliver high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. The role requires building scalable, maintainable solutions, ensuring performance, and collaborating effectively with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend teams to meet project goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile apps (Android & iOS) using Flutter and Dart.
  • Integrate apps with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and SDKs.
  • Write clean, reusable, maintainable code with strong focus on testing and debugging.
  • Optimize app performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers for end-to-end feature delivery.
  • Ensure apps meet quality, performance, and security standards.
  • Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement practices.
Experience & Skills Required
  • Experience: 3–5 years in mobile app development.
  • Strong expertise in Flutter & Dart.
  • Hands-on experience in cross-platform development (Android & iOS).
  • Solid understanding of code quality, testing, and debugging.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams.
Good-to-Have (Plus Points)
  • Experience with state management tools (Provider, BLoC, Riverpod, GetX).
  • Knowledge of App Store & Play Store deployment processes.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong knowledge of performance optimization techniques.
