Position Overview: Human Resources Consultant As a Human Resources Consultant, you will play a strategic advisory and operational role in managing recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning. You will work closely with department heads to deliver hiring solutions aligned with business growth, while supporting our nationwide expansion efforts.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Workforce Planning:

• Partner with leadership to assess talent needs and workforce gaps.
• Design strategic hiring plans aligned with business goals and regional expansion.

2. Talent Sourcing & Engagement:

• Leverage platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and regional networks to source talent.
• Maintain a robust talent pipeline for multiple functions and regions.

3. Candidate Evaluation & Hiring Process:

• Conduct preliminary screening and coordinate interviews.
• Guide candidates through a positive, structured selection experience.

4. Offer & Onboarding Management:

• Negotiate offers, finalize compensation structures, and issue appointment letters.
• Lead end-to-end virtual onboarding, documentation, and integration support.

5. HR Compliance & Background Checks: Conduct employment verification, ensure legal hiring compliance, and manage HR records. 6. Performance Tracking & Analytics: Monitor key hiring metrics and generate actionable hiring insights for leadership. 7. Regional & Field Hiring Initiatives:

• Lead field-level recruitment for Assistant Managers and Field Sales Executives (FSEs).
• Coordinate with regional managers to meet recruitment goals and drive team expansion.

8. Employer Branding & Market Outreach:

• Represent Spixar in job fairs, social media hiring campaigns, and digital promotion efforts.
• Support initiatives that position Spixar as an employer of choice across India.

Candidate Profile: Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field. 3–8 years of proven experience in recruitment or HR consulting. Proficient in ATS platforms, job portals, and digital hiring tools. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Good knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices. Ability to manage multiple hiring assignments remotely and independently. Proactive, collaborative, and result-oriented mindset.

Compensation Structure: Phase 1 – First 6 Months: Performance-based compensation. Incentives awarded per successful hiring closure.

Phase 2 – Post 6 Months: Transition to Fixed CTC Performance Bonuses, based on review. Opportunities for leadership roles and expanded responsibilities .
