Job Summary

Were looking for a Creative Associate to lead brand development, content creation, design, and video

editing initiatives. You'll work closely with the founders to conceptualize and execute visuals, narratives,

and experiences that define our brand identity. This role demands creativity, attention to detail,

technical skills, and ownership—your work will directly influence how our brand connects with its

audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging visual and video content for social media (Instagram, Reels, Stories), in-store

displays, and other brand materials.

  • Edit high-quality videos, including promotional campaigns, event coverage, product showcases,

and social media clips, ensuring a polished and consistent style.

  • Design collaterals and brand assets such as event invitations, graphics, and

partnership/collaboration decks, while maintaining visual consistency.

  • Manage brand presence across digital channels (social media, email, community) through

content planning, execution, and performance tracking.

  • Experiment with new content formats, visual styles, and editing trends, track performance, and

refine strategies for better engagement.

  • Contribute to all stages of the creative process, from ideation and scripting to shooting, editing,

and publishing content.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A portfolio showcasing work in content creation, graphic design, video editing, branding, or

related areas.

  • Suitable for experienced or recent graduates in design, marketing, communications, or similar

fields (students can also apply).

  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva) and content platforms

(e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn).

  • Strong aesthetic sense and passion for visual storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
