Your Role
  • Manage and optimize the Zabbix Enterprise Monitoring platform for critical systems and network infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to provide operational technical support.
  • Drive reliability, efficiency, and automation of monitoring solutions.
  • Lead the redesign and implementation of progressive monitoring strategies aligned with modern IT architectures.
  • Ensure effective incident, change, and problem management using ITIL-based processes.
Your Profile
  • Expert-level knowledge of Zabbix (version 7.0) and its components.
  • Proven expertise in Zabbix administration and integration across matrix organizations.
  • Proficiency in Zabbix API usage for integrations and automation.
  • Strong debugging skills related to Zabbix.
  • Experience managing multiple proxies/servers and high availability (HA) setups.
  • Solid understanding of Windows and Linux OS administration
