We're Hiring – HRIS / HR Data Analyst

Are you passionate about
HR structures, ERP systems, and workforce analytics
? We're looking for a detail-oriented professional who can bridge HR, IT, and business operations by managing organizational structures and ensuring data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and map HR structures, departments, positions, and reporting hierarchies.

Work with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Workday, PeopleSoft, etc.) to validate HR data and workflows.

Build, maintain, and validate organizational charts and department structures.

Prepare analytical reports, dashboards, and workforce insights using Excel.

Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Support ERP configuration and data loads related to organizational hierarchy.

Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams for process alignment.

Provide insights and recommendations to improve HR & ERP efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.

Strong understanding of HR structures (departments, positions, jobs, grades, reporting lines).

Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Workday, PeopleSoft, or similar).

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, charts, data cleaning, preferably macros).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
