Role & responsibilities

  • Handling of Civil / Criminal / Mining / Labour and Other Litigations.
  • Attending the Court Hearing and briefing to advocate as and when required.
  • Drafting vetting of the notice and the reply of the notices and different type of documents such as deeds, MOUs & other types of Agreements & Contracts.
  • Draft Pleadings (Petitions, Appeals, Replies, Rejoinders, Interlocutory Applications) in matters before High Courts, Supreme Court and Other Courts / Authorities.
  • Coordination, strategizing with various Departments, functions on one hand and with the Advocates on the other on various assignments tasks.
  • Conducting legal research, briefing of cases to advocates, status update for the organizational cases and matters pending before the High Courts & Supreme Court and Other Courts/Authorities.
  • Proper maintaining of assigned cases file and uploading details in SAP system.
  • Traveling is mandatory for resolution of the critical issues / cases as and when directed by HoD.
  • Other legal assignments as and when required or directed by HoD.
