Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with existing clients through direct outreach and referrals to build long-term relationships.
  • Negotiate effectively with clients to establish mutually beneficial agreements and pricing.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of all published materials (e.g., research articles, reviews, books).
  • Keep clients informed about new service offerings to align with their evolving needs.
  • Analyze customer feedback and issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a science-related discipline (e.g., B.Sc., M.Sc., Pharmacy).
  • Experience: Open to freshers and experienced candidates.
  • Preferred Knowledge: Familiarity with research publication processes is an advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
