Job Title: Project Manager

Roles and Responsibilities: -

 Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and

budgets in collaboration with clients and design teams.

 Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their

vision and requirements are translated into actionable project goals.

 Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams, including designers, contractors,

and consultants, to achieve project milestones.

 Budget Management: Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to approved

budgets, resolving discrepancies as needed.

 Quality Control: Oversee all phases of project execution, ensuring design standards

and quality benchmarks are met.

 Vendor and Contractor Liaison: Source and negotiate with contractors, suppliers,

and vendors to secure cost-effective solutions.

 Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local regulations, building codes, and

safety standards.

 Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, addressing challenges

proactively to minimize delays.

 Reporting: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, budgets,

and key milestones.

Required Candidate Profile: -

 Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management,

or related field.

 Experience: 5+ years of project management experience in commercial interior

design or construction.

 Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project,

Primavera, or equivalent) and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp).

 Soft Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills; ability to

work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹900, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
