Experience: Minimum 2 - 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing – candidates with less than 2 years of experience need not apply; freshers please excuse.

Salary: Competitive – for skilled experienced candidates, salary will not be a constraint

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote brand awareness, increase customer acquisition, and drive business growth.
  • Coordinate and execute digital campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and email marketing.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Create and manage social media content, ensuring consistent messaging aligned with brand objectives.
  • Monitor social media trends, track engagement metrics, and optimize campaigns to increase traffic and community growth.
  • Create and send newsletters, promotional emails, and drip campaigns to nurture leads and enhance customer retention.
  • Write and edit digital content including blog posts, website copy, ad copy, and social media posts.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and reports to management.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital channels (PPC, affiliate, retargeting) to maximize ROI.
  • Take full ownership of digital marketing activities and deliver results with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
  • Ability to independently plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and performance marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Malayalam.
  • Strong creativity, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
