Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, PPC, SEO).
  • Conduct basic keyword research and support content creation for blogs, websites, and social media.
  • Manage social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
  • Monitor website traffic and prepare basic performance reports using Google Analytics.
  • Help with search engine optimization (on-page SEO) activities.
  • Support the team in setting up Google Ads campaigns and tracking conversions.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies as needed.

Skills Required:

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content Marketing).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms.

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across multiple digital channels, strong analytical skills, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, Display Ads).
  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search performance.
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools; produce actionable insights.
  • Develop content strategies in collaboration with content creators to boost engagement and conversion rates.
  • Perform A/B testing and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt strategies.
  • Manage marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure cohesive campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing with demonstrable results.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
  • Data-driven approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
