• Support the team in setting up Google Ads campaigns and tracking conversions.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies as needed.

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across multiple digital channels, strong analytical skills, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, Display Ads).
• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search performance.
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools; produce actionable insights.
• Develop content strategies in collaboration with content creators to boost engagement and conversion rates.
• Perform A/B testing and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt strategies.
• Manage marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
• Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure cohesive campaigns.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing with demonstrable results.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
